About Us

We started this blog as a way to share knowledge and tips about health and fitness. Our goal is to create a safe space for people to share information or ask questions. We hope this site can be accessed by anyone who is looking to relieve stress, lose a few pounds, or just wants to know how to get started working out. It is our belief that a “healthy lifestyle” means different things to different people. With the information on this site, we hope to help you achieve what it means for you.

Courtney Hutt is a former college athlete who played Division II Basketball & Soccer at Lewis University.  She is an ACE certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She currently teaches eight to ten classes a week including Spin, Strength & Toning, Bootcamp, Abs/Core and more. She has helped many people achieve their fitness goals including children, high school athletes, working adults and senior citizens. She is also certified with ACE: Training Individuals with Special Populations, Totally Coached, Inc. and the American Heart Association in First Aid, CPR, and AED.

Stacy Agosto is a marketing professional and freelance writer. She has played on volleyball and softball teams since childhood, but became especially interested in working out after seeing some not-so-flattering pictures of herself taken while on a vacation. Stacy is an avid runner and yoga enthusiast.
