Even if &quot;dieting&quot; or huge amounts of weight loss isn&#039;t your ultimate goal, I still think this book is helpful to examine your ways of thinking about what it means to be healthy and get on the right path.</description>

Some weight-loss books promise you a certain amount of weight-loss in a certain time period, if you don&#039;t achieve that then you&#039;ve failed. This book gives you the tools to set your own goals that work for your lifestyle.</description>
